Your quote adds the product price converted to KSh, any U.S. sales tax charged by the retailer, U.S. domestic shipping to our warehouse, international shipping, a shopping service fee of 10% of merchandise value (minimum KSh 750 per order), and any other disclosed charge such as consolidation or insurance. Every line is itemised before you approve.
Most orders reach Kenya 12–21 days after payment is verified, depending on the retailer’s dispatch time, the shipping service you choose and customs clearance. Air express is faster than sea consolidation. Timelines are estimates until a shipment is confirmed moving.
M-Pesa and bank transfer to our official business accounts are the approved methods. Payment details are confirmed by our team over WhatsApp or email from our published contacts. We never ask for payment through personal numbers.
Import duty, VAT and any applicable levies are assessed by the Kenya Revenue Authority. Where these are not already included in your quote, they are payable on arrival and are always disclosed before you approve. We do not under-declare values.
U.S. retailer return policies generally apply only within the U.S., so returns are limited. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours with photos and we will raise it with the retailer or logistics partner and tell you honestly what is possible.
