How it works
From a U.S. product link to your hands in Kenya
We act as your purchasing agent. You approve the goods and the charges; we handle the retailer, the warehouse, the freight and the paperwork — and tell you what is confirmed and what is still an estimate.
Start a quote request- 1
Send us the product link
Paste a link from any U.S. store, add the size or colour you want, and tell us your delivery city.
- 2
Receive your quotation
Within 24–48 working hours we send a written quote in KSh breaking down every charge, estimated and confirmed.
- 3
Approve and pay
Approve the quote and pay through an approved method. We share payment details only from our official channels.
- 4
We buy and ship
We purchase from the retailer, consolidate at our U.S. warehouse, and ship through authorised logistics partners.
- 5
Collect or receive in Kenya
Track verified milestones to arrival, then collect in Nairobi or have it delivered to your city.
The detail
What actually happens at each stage
No black box. Here is the sequence, with the honest timing for each step.
Step 1
Submit your links
Use the quote form for one item or ten. Add the exact size, colour and quantity — the details that cause 90% of purchase mistakes. We log each item separately against your reference.
Step 2
We verify and price it
Our team opens the retailer page, checks availability and size options, then builds a quote: product cost, retailer tax, U.S. domestic shipping, international shipping, our service fee and any other disclosed charge. Nothing is auto-generated.
Step 3
You approve and pay
You receive your quote by WhatsApp or email. Ask questions, remove items, change the shipping service. When you approve, we send verified payment details and only start buying once the payment is confirmed in our account.
Step 4
Purchase and consolidation
We buy from the retailer and have it delivered to our U.S. warehouse, where items are checked, consolidated to reduce volumetric weight, and prepared for export through authorised logistics partners.
Step 5
Shipping and arrival
Air express usually clears Kenyan customs fastest; sea consolidation is cheaper for bulky or heavy items. Milestones appear on your tracking page only after our team confirms them with the carrier.
Pricing formula
How your total is built
Each line is shown on your quotation, and each is labelled estimated or confirmed so you know what can still move.
- 1. Product cost converted from USD at the rate on your quote.
- 2. Retailer tax where the U.S. state charges it.
- 3. U.S. domestic shipping to our warehouse.
- 4. International shipping by your chosen service.
- 5. Shopping service fee: 10% of merchandise, minimum KSh 750 per order.
- 6. Any other disclosed charge — consolidation, insurance, special handling.
Customs duty and VAT assessed in Kenya are separate from our fee and are payable on arrival unless your quote states otherwise.
