Healthcare SQL Data Analysis
An in-development SQL project using a synthetic clinic appointment data set to show how waiting times, no-show patterns and appointment utilisation would be measured for a health facility network.
Context
Scheduling systems in health facilities generate detailed appointment and attendance records, yet they are often reported only as monthly totals. The planned project uses a synthetic data set representing a clinic network’s appointments, patients and attendance outcomes.
Approach
The analysis will model appointments, patients and attendance tables, then use SQL to calculate wait-time distribution, no-show rate by weekday and service, and monthly utilisation against available slots.
Outcome
No results are published yet. The intended deliverable is a documented query set and a short findings summary, built on synthetic data only — never real, client or confidential health data.
